  3. Leave Management: A system for holiday requests and approvals with a calendar view, sending automatic confirmation emails upon approval.

  4. Salary Processing: Automated salary calculations integrated with payroll software to ensure accurate disbursement and tax deductions.

  5. Recruitment Automation: Streamlined recruitment with an easy-to-use application form and automatic movement of selected candidates to the employee table.

  6. Automated Communication: Birthday greetings, leave approvals, and internal notifications are sent automatically to improve engagement and communication.

Results: Since the Airtable solution was implemented, the client has seen significant improvements in HR operations:
